Since our inception in 2003, toughglassworx has established itself as a reputable and personable company, committed to business and product innovation, having successfully developed and maintained client relationships in both residential and commercial sectors.
toughglassworx strive with every project to produce a high quality custom design, that reflects client aspirations, whilst adhering to all building standards. The cornerstone of each project is successful process management, particularly communicating with all trades and professions for smooth installation. To achieve this goal, all salespeople have had specialized installation experience, and carry a detailed knowledge of not only the products but the entire installation process. You can rest assured that when dealing with our sales people, you are dealing with a qualified installer, not just another salesperson.
Company directors Doug Graham and Michael Gill established toughglassworx having completed their Bachelor of Business (Entrepreneurship), at RMIT University together. Both are dedicated to achieving high quality business practices, and continually search for improvement and innovation within toughglassworx and the building industry. In addition to university education, they have 10 years worth of experience in the building industry between them, installing premium glass pool fencing and balustrades.
